PRESIDENT

Donna Niazov is the CEO of The Family Friendly Group, one of the largest Carpet Cleaning, Pest & Termite Management companies on the Sunshine Coast. The Family Friendly Group services over 100 resort complexes, over 1000 domestic homes and over 100 education facilities and businesses across the Sunshine Coast region.

Donna is an experienced board member both sub- regional and regionally across many groups including but not limited to the ATO Stewardship Board and several other business and community focus boards.

Donna is all about collaboaration and togetherness and has a strong believe that together we can accomplish more.

VICE PRESIDENT

Justin is a Senior Executive with over 25 years’ experience working across retail, financial, NFP, education and more recently in the manufacturing and transportation sectors.

As a seasoned Chief Executive, he is experienced in managing executive teams and reporting to company boards. Justin has been a driving force in the positive cultural transformation in organisations leading to improved systems, efficiency in process and increased revenue. His visionary and collaborative approach to managing teams has resulted in overall business improvements that add shareholder value.

TREASURER

Tascha is the owner of Brighten Accountants and a member of the Institute of Public Accountants. The firm has clients across various sectors including medical, manufacturing, retail and services to name a few. It offers accounting, tax and business planning services.

Tascha has been in practice for twenty years and empowers her clients to manage their businesses by implementing optimal accounting and tax solutions. She believes in supporting local business and regards her participation in the 4556 Chamber as an opportunity to achieve this goal. Tascha is keen to see the Chamber grow and enhance businesses in the 4556 area.

SECRETRAY

Mikaleigh is the Owner of Mortgage Choice Buderim and has a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals. As the owner of Mortgage Choice Buderim, she brings a decade of experience in the financial services industry to her role.

Mikaleigh is dedicated to providing personalised service to each and every one of her clients. She takes the time to understand their unique financial situation and goals, and works tirelessly to find the right mortgage solution for them.

Outside of work, Mikaleigh is an active member of her community and is passionate about supporting local businesses and organisations.

COMMUNICATIONS

My career was in the tourism industry until five years ago when I became manager of the Caloundra Chamber of Commerce. I loved my time there and developed a great respect for the contribution that local chambers make to their members, their community and their location.

I now currently manage online and offline promotions for the 4556 Chamber of Commerce using various media.

MEMBERSHIP AND EVENTS

After a combined 15+ years in a corporate career and 17 years as a business owner, and sales and team communications specialist, I earned many national awards and recognition. However, I knew my life was meant for more, and really wanted to help other people create their dreams and aspirations, in their career or business. So, I took a leap of faith, and launched Empower Opportunity.

I now help empower people to find their unique purpose and be more profitable.

Laurie Adams currently runs White’s IGA Baringa in Aura.

Laurie has returned to the Sunshine Coast after working remotely for a number of years to be closer to family now that she has grandchildren. Laurie is thrilled to be welcomed into the 4556 committee and is looking forward to the year ahead.

Karl is a business consultant with a decade of experience in consulting, development and leadership roles. In his consultancy, he partners with business owners and leadership teams to develop key skills, implement proactive strategy, and create high performing cultures.

Karl currently partners with VINTI Tech to grow and support SMBs, delivering tailored cyber security solutions. He is passionate about people and understands the importance of a business first approach, always seeking to implement solutions that are right fit and that align to long term goals and results. He’s excited to continue to immerse himself in the Sunshine Coast business network and continue to partner our members with the right people to take their business forward.

Jenny is part of the family business of Buderim Auto Service who have been servicing vehicles with repairs and tyres for the past 40+ years. Their catch phrase of ‘where cars love to go’ is an indication of the attention given to customers and their vehicles.

Jenny has been on the Chamber committee since it’s inauguration on the 13 November 2013 and is passionate about the Chamber, believing that it is not what your Chamber can do for you, but what you can do for your Chamber and community.

As a Certified Financial Planner Angus has worked in the financial services industry for over twenty years. Heading up the team at ACru Wealth on Burnett St, Buderim, he helps clients, both locally and Australia wide with a range of services including; Superannuation, Wealth Creation & Protection, Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, SMSF and Debt Management.

Angus prides himself on high-quality delivery, and on building trust & developing concrete relationships. He has a knack for translating complex financial concepts into accessible, engaging and even enjoyable language. Passionate about helping people be better off financially he provides them with the right advice at the right time – helping to protect their money and make it grow.

When not in the office, Angus loves spending time with his young family - exploring all of the great things the Sunshine Coast has to offer!

Keeta Gibson, a highly accomplished individual, brings extensive experience in community involvement and business to the prestigious executive committee. Her passion for community service and combating food waste led her to volunteer at OzHarvest, earning respect and admiration.

As a prominent Buyer's Agent and business owner at Oceans Buyer’s Agency, Keeta's keen eye and negotiation skills have built her a stellar reputation. Committed to uplifting her community, she organises fundraisers and actively participates in initiatives. With her leadership skills and dedication, Keeta joins the executive committee ready to elevate to new heights of success.

I have spent the majority of my career in the manufacturing industry and spend most of my time either in the design and engineering phase or as a business advisor improving organisational strategy, efficiency and bottom line. I can’t think of a better way to meet business owners and become a part of this vibrant community on a personal level as well as growing my business locally. I love listening to people’s stories and coffee is my weakness.
